Tracez une ligne droite sur une feuille posée au sol. Placez-vous dessus, talon et orteil le plus long centrés. Marquez l'extrémité de l'orteil et l'arrière du talon, puis mesurez.
Mesurez les deux pieds et retenez la plus grande valeur.
Entre deux pointures : la plus petite pour un maintien ferme, la plus grande pour laisser de la place aux orteils.
