Which carriers do you use to ship orders?
All orders delivered to your home or to a parcel relay point are delivered by Chronopost.
- What type of delivery service do you offer and at what cost?
Processing and delivery time between 1 and 3 business days for all orders placed before 2pm. An additional 24 hours for Corsica.
Important! No shipping on weekends; orders placed from Friday afternoon onwards will be processed from Monday.
Secure delivery upon presentation of the PIN code provided before delivery.

- What is the minimum purchase amount to qualify for free delivery?
The delivery Chronopost is only available at collection points for an order greater than €150 (excluding Corsica).
Please note that an additional charge may apply for bulky items (bike, home trainer, wheels...).
- What are the delivery days?
Orders are delivered Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 6:00pm (except public holidays), on Saturdays in some cities.
- How can I track my parcel?
You can track your parcel Chronopost at any time on Chronopost.fr or on the Chronopost mobile application using your tracking number which is notified to you when your package is shipped.
- Which stores offer in-store pickup service?
All our Bicycle Store and Triathlon Store locations offer click and collect service in store.
- What if I am not at home or at the collection point at the time of delivery?
For home delivery, the delivery driver will attempt (but is not obligated to) to contact you, provided you give them your contact information. In any case, if a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, they will leave your package at the nearest pickup point or post office. You will be notified by message.
For deliveries to a collection point, you have 7 days to collect your parcel. After this period, your parcel will automatically be returned to us.
- What else do I need to know when I receive my package?
Your package will only be delivered upon presentation of the PIN code that will have been sent to you by email in order to secure the delivery.
Upon receipt, please check the contents and condition of the package before signing the delivery note. Any issues concerning transport (breakage, damage, damaged packaging, missing items compared to the delivery note, etc.) must be reported in writing to the driver.
