What is your return policy?

You have 14 days from the date of receipt to submit your return request via your order.

Following your return request, whether accepted or not by our customer service, a shipping return label will be sent to you by email notification. You have an additional 7 days to return your item(s) in suitable packaging. Shoe boxes and wetsuit boxes do not count as packaging; a cardboard box to protect them is necessary. A 10% penalty will be deducted if this is not respected, or the return may even be refused.

The return request form must be printed and placed inside the package.

Upon receipt of your return, the refund will be directly processed to your account within 5 days, with a deduction of €5.99 for return shipping costs. Initial shipping costs are not refunded and remain your responsibility.

Items must be returned to us in the same condition as when you received them, with tags and in their original packaging.

Neoprene items: Your wetsuit is inspected by our teams before shipment to ensure it is in new condition when you receive it, without any marks or nail indentations.

Therefore, no return requests for this reason will be considered.

Please take care when putting on your wetsuit, using gloves and no jewelry; a neoprene wetsuit remains very fragile. Over time, these wear marks are the most common and do not hinder its swimming effectiveness.

We do not process exchanges; only a refund is issued after a return. We then invite you to place a new order.


I want a refund?

Any accepted return will result in a refund processed within 5 days. Round-trip transport costs remain your responsibility.

€5.99 will be deducted from your order refund if you use the Chronopost return label provided by our service. Initial shipping costs are also not refunded.

Our main goal is to "limit" our environmental footprint. We hope you will take care to choose your size and items carefully.

You can also return the package free of charge, using your own shipping method.

However, if an error was made during the preparation of your order, return costs are naturally at our expense. Upon your request, a prepaid return label will be sent to you.

- You can also make your request handwritten and place it in the package. Warning: in this case, make sure to include all your contact details.

Simply bring the items and the delivery note with you, and the store will be happy to refund you within 14 days after receipt of the merchandise or exchange your items within 30 days after receipt of the merchandise, provided that the products comply with the conditions of our return policy.

How long do I have to return my product?

There's an error in my order, what should I do?

To err is human, and unfortunately, an error can happen. We apologize in advance.

We invite you to contact our customer service by email eshop@triathlonstore.fr or by phone at 01 30 38 31 18 to report the error. A prepaid return label will be sent to you. You will then need to drop off the package at a Pickup relay point or at a post office.
