 INSTRUCTIONS
 Mix the contents of each sachet with 500 ml of water and stir well until dissolved.  Be precise; functionality depends on this ratio. The mix is designed to be mixed with water containing <40 mg/L of calcium. Higher levels may affect its dissolution. Consume the sports drink a few minutes before, during, and immediately after activity.

 Studies have shown that our body can utilize up to 90 grams of carbohydrates per hour. One Drink Mix 160 sachet, mixed with 500 ml of water, contains 40 grams of carbohydrates.

 HOW DOES IT WORK?
 Drink Mix 160 is based on hydrogel technology*. When mixed with water, it creates a carbohydrate sports drink with a high concentration of maltodextrin and fructose.  The sports drink instantly converts into a hydrogel in the stomach's acidity. The hydrogel allows for smooth transport of the drink through the stomach and into the intestines, where water, salt, and carbohydrates are absorbed.
