At Triathlonstore , we do much more than sell equipment. We live, breathe, and practice triathlon. Our Paris Étoile store is a place of passion and advice, where every customer – from the novice triathlete to the seasoned competitor – finds the equipment, brands, and support they need to progress.
Our ambition? To offer everyone the best product advice, a selection of hand-picked brands, and an in-store experience as seamless as a perfectly executed T1/T2 transition.
🚀 Your mission (should you choose to accept it)
- Welcoming each client with the SBRAM : Smile, Hello, Eye contact, Goodbye, Thank you. Providing expert advice on the three disciplines of triathlon (swimming,
- cycling, running), whether for a first tri suit or a power meter upgrade.
- Actively participate in the life of the shop: restocking, highlighting products, tidying and keeping the shop clean (store full, clean and tidy!).
- Being an ambassador for our community: product testing, participation in “Swim, Bike, Run” sessions, customer events, etc.
- Manage cash receipts, orders and workshop quotes rigorously.
- To be involved in team dynamics and the development of the store.
🎯 Desired profile
- You are passionate about triathlon, cycling or endurance sports.
- You have a knack for customer contact , listening , and customer service .
- You are curious , comfortable with computer tools (Google Sheets, cash register, CRM).
- You are independent, punctual and you like to do a good job.
- It's a plus if you have experience in sales, sports or customer service.
