Performance

The purpose of the extensions is to provide a comfortable hand position for the cyclist relative to the armrests. They improve performance by allowing the cyclist to relax in their optimal position. That's why we offer several adjustment options so everyone can achieve their best performance.

Setting data

• Extension shape: The 50 SLC extensions have a ski curvature of 50°.
• The 50 SLC offers a 7.5mm lateral offset on each side. This allows for closer or wider hand positions without tilting the extensions to the point where the controllers touch.
• 400 mm long, can be cut to fit almost any cyclist.
• Pre-drilled for cable passage at the rear.

Origin

Recent trends in triathlon hand positioning are moving towards a higher hand position, which is why we've increased the curvature compared to the previous generation. We've kept the most popular angles and introduced the 50 SLC.

The 50 SLC was developed to offer both the lightest carbon extension and the possibility for cyclists using high-end bikes to integrate an Aeroport Di2 adapter into a carbon extension. Extensive testing was required to achieve this goal.

Who is this product for?

The extensions are compatible with all aero bars designed for a 22.2 mm diameter. They can therefore be used by any cyclist wishing to improve the comfort of their position when using aero bars.

Accessories

These extensions were designed to integrate the Airport, allowing for the accommodation of a Shimano Di2 EW-RS910 junction box and a BT-DN110 battery, with EW-SD50 cable routing.
