The product
Assioma PRO MX is the revolutionary pedal-based power meter for MTB and gravel, 100% SPD® compatible.
It can be used with either the included cleats or original Shimano® SM-SH51 cleats.
It inherits the reliability and exceptional accuracy of Favero's road pedal power meters, while combining unparalleled shock resistance with the challenges of off-road trails.
Easy to install and universally compatible
Favero Assioma PRO MX-2 pedal-based power meters can be installed and transferred from one bike to another like any other pedal: in just a few minutes, without special tools and without the help of a
mechanic.
Thanks to Bluetooth and ANT+ integration, they are also compatible with most bike computers and smartwatches on the market, as well as major training apps like Zwift, Strava, Bkool, TrainerRoad, Rouvy, and many others.
A compact spindle to protect the technology
All electronic components and the integrated rechargeable battery are completely enclosed within an extremely compact and resistant spindle.
The strategic position of the rechargeable battery and the absence of electrical contacts on the outside of the axle prevent the annoying loss of information related to the battery, typical of replaceable batteries. Furthermore, the complete absence of a battery compartment or cover to open or close prevents water, mud, and dust from entering, ensuring exceptional reliability even in adverse weather conditions.
The product is IP67 certified.
Ultra shock and impact resistant
The extremely robust and ultra-light 6061-T6 aluminum pedal body is ready to take on the challenges of the toughest trails.
The cleat system has a surface hardness of up to 800 HV, offering unprecedented impact resistance in the field of pedal-based power meters.
IAV Power System and data measured with Assioma PRO MX-2
Thanks to the special IAV Power System, Assioma's measurements take into account irregular pedaling (e.g., sprinting, climbing) or the use of oval chainrings when calculating power, thus ensuring an accuracy of ±1% in all circumstances.
Assioma PRO MX-2 ensures extremely comprehensive data reading via ANT+ and Bluetooth.
