We’ve designed this bibshort to incorporate as much technology as possible from our top-of-the-line pro racing shorts at a more accessible price. And while it’s certainly capable of weekend racing, it’s also an excellent comfortable and performance short even if you never pin a number on it. The Competizione 2 Bibshort is largely made from our textured Vortex fabric. We’ve used a wide, stretchy gripper with integrated silicone on the legs to ensure a comfortable and secure fit. The KISS Air2 chamois offers comfort that closely approaches that of our top-of-the-line chamois, but with unbeatable value. We’ve somewhat modernized the straps: the back is mesh to ensure breathability, while the straps are made from a lightweight elastic material and remain comfortable even when you spend several hours on your bike. The intangible component you’ll appreciate most is our ability to design a perfectly adjusted fit, the result of the work of the Castelli engineering team. This model is the short that integrates all of Castelli's expertise in comfortable performance shorts, in an accessible product to add to your cycling wardrobe.
